Payment Instructions

Before submitting your work, participants must pay a registration fee of 25,000 KZT. Payment is required separately for each participant and covers meals (lunch and coffee break on the first day), evaluation, and review of submitted projects. 


For international participants from CIS and other foreign countries, payments can be made in cash at the start of the forum. A guarantee letter from an educational institution, signed and stamped by the director, is required.

When making the payment, include the following note: “Payment of the registration fee for participation in the forum [Full Name, School №___].”

Instructions for Payment of the Organizational Fee for Participation in the Republican Scientific Forum of Young Scientists “Shoqan Ecology”:

 

Dear Parents, payments can be made through:

 

  1. The BCC.KZ Application (Internet Banking of JSC "Bank CentrCredit").  No commission is charged.
        • Select “Payments” – “Education” – “Schools” – “Private School Named After Shoqan Ualikhanov” – “Other Services.”
        • Then, enter the “Participant’s IIN” (the child’s full name will appear) – fill in the “Child’s Grade” – “Payment Period” – “Amount” – “Pay.”
  2. Payment through JSC “Bank CentrCredit” terminals in the section “Payments” – “Education” – “TOO Private School Named After Shoqan Ualikhanov” – “Other Services.”  A commission of 70 tenge will apply.
  3. Bank transfer to the current account of TOO “Private School Named After Shoqan Ualikhanov” at JSC “Bank CentrCredit” using the banking details provided below*. The commission will be charged according to the current rates of the sending bank. 
  4.  Payment can be made in cash at the bank counter of any branch of JSC “Bank CentrCredit”  using the banking details provided below*. 

 The bank will charge a commission of 0.3% of the payment amount (deposit at the counter), with a minimum fee of 250 tenge.
